Update July 3rd, 2023


Fixes:

  • Bug Fixed where the game timer was running in town
  • Bug fixed where displayed damage could not be seen unless the animation of the first number was over. It now displays properly and can be seen
  • Bug Fixed where slimes could collide with border trees, placing them unevenly around the player's character
  • Bug fixed where monsters could get stuck between battlefield and border trees
  • The achievements are now verified and displayed properly

Changes

  • Huge currency balancing has been done
  • The slime orbit speed of all characters has been reduced
  • Ghost invincibility time has been reduced from 3 to 2 seconds
  • A background loading function has been added to ensure the game run at 30fps before starting the game, loading other components, starting the timer or spawning monsters
  • Chickens can randomly spawn in the map and lay eggs (a collectable quest item)

Added

  • Quests have been added and now provide significant currency for player progression
  • Potions have been removed from the grassland map but now have a 0.2% chance of dropping from any monsters
  • Shadows have been added to every character, item, and monster to help players with collision locations and improve on general aestitics
  • A visual representation for left and right mouse button has been added to the bottom of the screen that show when slime and weapon/abilities are available
  • Game pause and a camera transition show the position and the collectable that the player do not own yet


Bosses:

  • First boss (Color changer) Had a visual change,
  • A second boss (Rusher) has been added, it is faster but has no color or special attack (for now)
  • A third boss (Stomper) has been added as a placeholder. It creates an arena and it has no special attack (For now)
